1 cup chopped carrots
1 shallot, chopped
1-inch piece fresh ginger, grated or chopped
3 Tbsp. white miso paste
2 Tbsp. rice vinegar
1 tsp. unrefined sesame oil
¼ cup avocado or olive oil
up to ¼ cup water
