Nordic Oats

This unusual combo comes from one of the health guru’s in Iceland. This is truly a powerhouse of ingredients if you want to take your oatmeal to a whole new level.

Ingredients:

¼ cup rolled oats

¼ cup raw almonds (can be slivered)

1/8 cup goji berries

1 apple, cored and cut up

¼ cup blueberries

½ avocado

1 Tbsp chia seeds

2 Tbsp hulled hemp seeds

2 Tbsp cacao nibs

1 tsp cinnamon

 

 

Directions:

  1. Soak the oats, almonds and goji berries in enough water to cover overnight.
  2. Drain the water off and add the remaining ingredients and pour the almond milk over and enjoy!
