Nordic Oats
This unusual combo comes from one of the health guru’s in Iceland. This is truly a powerhouse of ingredients if you want to take your oatmeal to a whole new level.
Ingredients:
¼ cup rolled oats
¼ cup raw almonds (can be slivered)
1/8 cup goji berries
1 apple, cored and cut up
¼ cup blueberries
½ avocado
1 Tbsp chia seeds
2 Tbsp hulled hemp seeds
2 Tbsp cacao nibs
1 tsp cinnamon
Directions:
- Soak the oats, almonds and goji berries in enough water to cover overnight.
- Drain the water off and add the remaining ingredients and pour the almond milk over and enjoy!
