Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

At this time of year, I love being able to have seasonal drink like this. For added protein, throw in some hemp seeds. And of course a little green wouldn’t hurt either.

Ingredients:

1 cup almond milk

1 tbsp. unrefined coconut oil

1 banana

1 cup pumpkin puree

1 date

½ tsp. vanilla extract

1/4 tsp. cinnamon

1/8 tsp. ground ginger

pinch all spice

pinch ground cloves

Sprinkle nutmeg and cinnamon to taste
